Требования: 

- Educational background: human resources management or related professional bachelor degree or above;

- Age: 28-40 years;

- Fluentin English & Russian (listening/ speaking/reading/writing skills);

- Skilled use of office software and related personnel management software;

- Training experience: highly modern human resource management technique, labor laws;

- Experience: more than 3 years of relevant work experience in human resources management. Also have an international experience in this filed;

- Skills and techniques: To have knowledge of human resources management mode of modern enterprise system, accumulated with the introduction of the discovery of human resources, strategic planning, succession planning, performance evaluation, job training, benefits, company institution building, organization and personnel adjustments employees career design;

- skillful handling transactional work in human resources management skills, familiar with personnel workflows;

- familiar with national, regional and corporate contract management, payroll system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits and training policies;

- Sensitive, have strong communication, coordination and propulsion capabilities;

- High degree of professionalism and high passion, you can accept the high-intensity work, positive work attitude.

Обязанности: 

- Involved in formulating of human resources ‘strategic planning and provide advice and information support for the major personnel decisions;

- Organization formulation, implementation, monitoring personnel management system of the Company;

- To assist the director of human resources in fulfilling the corresponding job description and make corresponding changes according to the requirements of the company position's regulations. To ensure that the job description is consistent with the actual;

- According to the department personnel needs, provide proposals for internal staff redeployment program (including the staff internal swapped in and out), after approving the superiors promote optimal allocation of personnel;

- Formulate recruitment plans, recruitment procedures, the initial interview and screening, to do the work of the coordination between the various departments;

- According to the company's performance management requirements, formulate evaluation policy, organize and implement the performance management, supervision and control of the performance evaluation process and the various departments, to solve arising problems in time for implementing the performance of the evaluation system and continuously improve performance management system;

- Organization of staff pre-service training, to assist with further training procedures;

- To cooperate with the Director of Human Resources in fulfilling the various grades of staff development system, to do daily management of staff development work;

- Complete other tasks assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
